Policy & Procedure

Onscreen instructions are displayed for each guest/group to follow. 1 - 2 attendees will be available onsite during rental hours to help operate the equipment if needed.

SETUP

The client must arrange for an appropriate area for the photo booth during rental hours. This area must be at least 12 ft x 12 ft and a minimum of 10 ft high on a full level surface, solid ground, and under a full covering, and against a wall to protect equipment from water, wind, dirt, rain and lightning. It is the clients responsibility to ensure access is possible. The client is responsible for providing power to the photo booth with 15 ft access to a working outlet (3 prong, 110v, 10 amp).

Guests can scan a QR code and or Airdrop to receive a digital copy after each photo session or a printable photo depending on the client package. An online gallery will be provided to the client within 24 hours after event.

Free travel within 25 miles radius of 85140. Any additional mileage outside of the 25 miles radius will be charged an additional $2 per mile each way travel fee

Initial deposits are nonrefundable. All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 14 days prior to the event date. If cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the event date, the client is responsible for 100% of the rental fees payable to  Ready 3 . 2. . 1 . Rentals 

If you require a date change, Ready 3 . 2. . 1 . Rentals will do their best to be available, however if it is not possible due to other bookings, this cancellation policy will apply.

A $100 + Tax nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the rental date. $100 + tax deposit will go towards your rental remaining balance. Payment links will be provided during booking process 

The remaining balance amount (excluding the $100 + tax deposit) is due 14 days prior to the event. if the final balance payment is not received 7 days prior to the event, all rental services will be cancelled. * Customer is responsible for making the payment with link provided during the booking process.

Ready 3 . 2. . 1 . Rentals will arrive approximately 30-45 minutes prior to the requested start time on the date of the rental contract. A member of our team will reach out via text with the arrival time and location. If the client would like Ready 3 . 2. . 1 . Rentals to arrive earlier, than the standard 30-45 minutes, the client will be charged at an hourly “non-operational” rate of $50 per hour.

1. Treat this card as cash. It will not be replaced if lost or stolen. This card is redeemable for merchandise only. Redeemable at Reasy 3. 2. 1. Rentals LLC. Valid one years from the date of purchase.
2. Redeemable at Ready 3. 2. 1. Rentals LLC for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this voucher. Treat this voucher as cash; if it is lost, it will not be replaced. Valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

Photo Booth equipment may malfunction or delay and over heat, Ready 3.2.1. Rentals will NOT provide services and are subject to leave if inside or outside temperatures exceed 85 degrees fahrenheit or higher.
