Policy & Procedure

Photo Booth Operations

Onscreen instructions are displayed for each guest or group to follow during the event photography session. One to two attendees will be available onsite throughout rental hours to assist with photo booth operations, ensuring all party rental policies are met.

Photo Booth Setup and Removal

SETUP


The client must arrange for an appropriate area for the photo booth operations during rental hours. This designated space must be at least 12 ft x 12 ft and a minimum of 10 ft high, situated on a level, solid ground, and fully covered to protect against water, wind, dirt, rain, and lightning. Additionally, it is essential that this area is positioned against a wall to ensure equipment safety. The client is responsible for ensuring access is available and must also adhere to party rental policies by providing power to the photo booth with a 15 ft access to a working 3 prong outlet (110v, 10 amp).

Image Delivery

Guests can scan a QR code or use Airdrop to receive a digital copy after each photo session or a printable photo, depending on the client package selected. In line with our event photography and party rental policies, an online gallery will be provided to the client within 24 hours after the event, ensuring smooth photo booth operations.

Video Guest Book

Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your custom edit Video Guest Book via personalized link, as we ensure our event photography services meet all party rental policies and photo booth operations standards.

Travel

Enjoy free travel for event photography within a 25-mile radius of 85140. Please note that any additional mileage outside this radius will incur a travel fee of $2 per mile each way, in accordance with our party rental policies and photo booth operations.

Cancellations / Reschedule

Initial deposits for our event photography and party rental services are nonrefundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event date. If a cancellation is received less than 14 days before the event, the client is accountable for 100% of the rental fees owed to Ready 3 . 2. . 1 . Rentals, which also includes any applicable photo booth operations. 


If you need to change your event date, Ready 3 . 2. . 1 . Rentals will make every effort to accommodate you; however, if a date change is not feasible due to other bookings, this cancellation policy will still apply.

Booking / Deposit

To reserve your rental date for event photography or photo booth operations, a nonrefundable deposit of $100 plus tax is required. This deposit will be applied towards your remaining balance. Payment links will be provided during the booking process, aligning with our party rental policies.

Payments

The remaining balance amount for your event photography services (excluding the $100 + tax deposit) is due 14 days prior to the event. If the final balance payment is not received 7 days before the event, all rental services, including photo booth operations, will be cancelled. * The customer is responsible for making the payment through the link provided during the booking process, in accordance with our party rental policies.

Arrival Instructions

Ready 3 . 2. . 1 . Rentals will arrive approximately 30-45 minutes prior to the requested start time on the date of the rental contract, aligning with our party rental policies. A member of our team will reach out via text with the arrival time and location. For clients interested in event photography services, if you would like Ready 3 . 2. . 1 . Rentals to arrive earlier than the standard 30-45 minutes, you will be charged an hourly 'non-operational' rate of $50 per hour, which applies to photo booth operations as well.

Gift Cards Voucher

Treat this card as cash. It will not be replaced if lost or stolen. This card is redeemable for merchandise only at Ready 3. 2. 1. Rentals LLC and is valid for one year from the date of purchase. You can use this gift card toward any event photography purchase or services that do not exceed the remaining credit balance on this voucher. Please keep in mind our party rental policies; if it is lost, it will not be replaced. Valid for one (1) year from the date of issue, this voucher can be applied at any Ready 3. 2. 1. Rentals LLC photo booth operations. Note that this gift card cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be replaced if lost during the consultation or order process. Summer Policy

Photo booth operations may encounter malfunctions or delays due to overheating. As part of our party rental policies, Ready 3.2.1. Rentals will NOT provide services and may need to leave if temperatures—either inside or outside—exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

Yes, we offer high-quality photo prints that you can order directly from us. We use professional printing services to ensure that your photos look their best.


We bring our own connection


Yes! As long as the surface is flat and we have access to an outlet and the temperature DO NOT exceed 85• we are good to go! Pease review our summer policy 


EVERYTHING!! Our personalized screen are tailored to each event, you can create a custom welcome message for your guest to enjoy while using the booths and photo prints templates designed by our team.  We can also customize a virtual backdrop great for logos and animation themes. 


We believe laughter is the best medicine! We have large verity of hats, glasses, signs, blow up instruments and more. We can customize prop's and cut outs for an additional cost. Contact us directly for more details 


We can hang it on our stand, no problem! Or we can create a virtually one for you! 


We can have a max of 4 images on a 4x6 photo print if requested. We use a standard 2-3 images for a 2x6 strip to leave enough space for a personal message.
